What is a Spiritual Life Coach? It is an ancient practice of counsel, assisting people to make the necessary changes required to determine and achieve the best outcomes. Using a variety of techniques. We can all benefit from a second opinion and guidance from someone with numerous life experiences.

Why do I need help? You may be living with a personal crisis, a difficult relationship, financial stress, health issues, pain, loss of a loved one, loneliness, a negative mind, reactive emotions, at crossroads, have self limiting beliefs and behaviours, lacking in self esteem and self worth, addictions, unemployment. disappointment, no confidence, depression, feeling like there has to be a better way to live but don’t know what to do. 2. Speak to Shirley Carton personally. If you want to speak to Shirley personally. Telephone: 1300 300 579*
   and ask for Ann Carton. (We have another counsellor on the team named Shirley.)
   Minimum time: 10 minutes. Cost $20.00 per ten minutes. Credit Card Payments Only. This service is available 5 days a week (tue - sat) between the hours of 9am and 1pm (GMT +08:00 Perth).
